"Called to have a broken shift cable repaired and after explaining the situation, and telling the guy on the phone everything he needed to know, I was told to take it to a transmission shop??? I explained again that I was sure it was the shift cable and the trouble shooting steps I took he was sure he couldn't help and I needed to go to the transmission shop. Needless to say I called someone else. Christian Brothers knew exactly what was wrong over the phone, with the same explanation, and had it fixed in a day. I barely finished my first sentence and they knew what was wrong. Hell I knew exactly what was wrong. It's hard to understand why Redmond's didn't get it? Just tell me you don't want the work. Don't send me to a transmission shop."
