ABC Wrecker Service

"Service was timely, but they ignored very specific instructions I gave when setting up the service. Instead of calling me for payment as requested, they requested and got payment from my father-in-law at the drop off address. Even though the service was completed, I don't appreciate wasting my time giving instructions just for them to be ignored. Won't be using again."

"If you car gets towed here good luck getting it out. My son was outside at midnight because they towed his car from a visitors spot. They told him to wait outside in the rain and would not release the car to him because he isn’t the registered owner. When I got there at 1:30 in the morning because we live 45 minutes away. The fat white lady told me to check my attitude. She threatened to call the cops on me. All in all absolute worst experience. They say they value customer service but if that fat white lady is there nothing going to change."

"My dad’s truck got towed and I called 2 times to see if it was in this location. When I called the first time, this rude lady answered and told me that they did not have the truck in such a rude tone. After 1 hour, I called back and I asked for my truck again, and she told me it was here in a rude tone. When I arrived with my dad and my uncle to pick it up, not only did she charge us a lot of money to get it back, but one of the tire’s was flat. Super rude staff and they are all responsible for any damages that occur in any vehicle. They also didn’t have any “change” to give back."

"My car got impounded by these crooks $315 later this is what my car looks like. The tow truck driver destroyed the back of my car. -Update they're stating that they're not liable for the damage to my car because the tow truck driver put dollies on when they realized that the tire went flat even though there's obvious wear Marks where it rubbed for quite a while. - second update- trying to save face you apologize for any inconvenience that I have and act like you're going to help me but still did nothing for me good thing I had insurance that was able to cover the damage to my car after a $250 deductible."

"I have a contract with this company and have called every single day for the last two weeks to come out and haul a unit away for me. Every day I am told someone will be out and they never show. Two weeks!! AND I HAVE A SIGNED SERVICE AGREEMENT/CONTRACT with these people. I understand the police department gets priority calls, but it has been 14 consecutive days of calling and asking for someone to come out. I have finally given up and signed on with another company that came out the same day. 10/10 do NOT recommend this company to any person trying to set up a service agreement or contract. They wont ever show. Don't waste your time."
