"Great customer service! I purchased a frigidaire ice maker online to be delivered to the store as a Christmas gift for a family member. I completely forgot about picking up the item and remembered the day after it was to be picked up. I called the store in a panic, the associate was very helpful, told me my card had already been refunded. She however stated that they just received a shipment a noticed one was delivered. She said she would hold it for me if I would like and I could come in and purchase. I was there in 15minutes, she helped check me out with the item and the same price I purchased it for with sales and rewards. She was so helpful, friendly and excited to help me. It was a great experience and I definitely will go there again. Hollye was the associate that helped me! She was great and deserves recognition for being such an awesome part of the Kohl's team, in the South Tomball store."
"I was in a very unique situation where I didn't have a chance to pick up my order by the deadline, but I called the day of and they said I could come by the next day. So I did, but the customer service person didn't find my order, which fine, upsetting since I did call, but I understand. The problem is that I started asking questions about how would that would work with Kohl's cash and all of that and she just had the biggest attitude answering my questions. Mind you, it's Monday at 9:30am, like, they just opened, no need to be this rude."
