"Staff is great but wait times are ridiculous. 3 of my kids had an appointment at 3pm i get it, 3 kids longer wait but come on, 1st kid went in at 3:40, second at 4:05 and 3rd one at 4:35 it is almost 5 and i am still here come on 2 hours and only 1 child has gone out, while people that have gotten here after us are being called in. This is insane."

"Normally a pretty average experience. My problem is with the wait time. My son was scheduled at 2 was called back for x rays about 20 to 30 minutes later they went to take us back to a room and they were all full. They put us back in lobby and told us they were cleaning a room. Went back to waiting room they called a different patient to back that got there after us. I waited until 325 and rescheduled. When I told them I was rescheduling their response was they were cleaning a room for us. I'm not waiting for a scheduled aprtwo hours later. That is very inconvenient. If they are that busy they should call and give patients a heads up so they have options to reschedule. I could understand if it was other work but we were just scheduled for a teeth cleaning and check ups."

"I went to this dentist because my old dentures were way too big. He was very efficient at making me a new set of dentures. They fit very well. I am very happy with them and would refer him to everyone. He definitely knows what he is doing."

"We have been patients for at least 11 years. The Doctors, their assistants, and staff are always friendly, helpful and thorough. I really appreciate Emily at the front desk and how educated she is and was really able to help my family out with the new financial program that she helped established. It allowed us to go ahead and proceed with an emergency that we otherwise didn't know how we were going to make it happen. We love this place and the peeps."

"If I could give this place a 0 star I would. They informed me on my sons last dentist (his first appointment with them) that he has 6 cavities. We had an appointment prior from another state six months before that one where he had 0! So I was shocked. Got a second opinion at a different dentist office and he has 0 cavities still. This place is a joke and just wants money. Don’t take your kids here!"
