"Mod’s just isn’t what it use to be. Went today to have balance and alignment done. They didn’t do the alignment but still charged. I went back to let them know it was the same and get my money back and was being told the alignment couldn’t be done that I would need new tire rods which I had just replaced the day earlier. He kept trying to tell me he would fix it all for $1240 which was unnecessary because it was done. I went over to Kirks Tire and he did the alignment t with no problems. They are definitely shady now and I will NEVER go back and am telling everyone I know to be cautious of their devious tactics!"
"When I turn it rubs fender wish they would of said it would do that an offer a solution before letting me go. They sent me about my way as if everything would be fine. Going back up there to see if I can get a resolution."
