"Norman was honest and accurate. He was not able to fix my problem but he took a look at it, drove it around the block with me, and made the correct assessment. I previously took it to Firestone who were convinced the rubbing sound under my car was related to the drive shaft... Norman checked the drive shaft and said there was nothing wrong with it but that it was probably a bearing or something related to the rear axles. I took the car to the Toyota dealer on H-10 and they verified it was in fact the right rear axle. For all future work, I am going to Normans."
