"Very terrible customer service. I brought my upper and lower control arms to Tom to have polyurethane bushing pressed into them. They called once I left the shop to tell me they would not press the lowers into place unless they were regular bushings. Okay fine I agreed. When they told me they were ready for pick up I noticed they scored up my lower control arm shafts pretty good. I buffed them out myself and went to install. The bushing were not pressed correctly because I could never get the shaft nut drawn up without the shaft spinning in the bushing. They charged me full price for a half ass alignment they would not take any responsibility for how they pressed my bushings. I took the car home fixed it myself and took it back only to be treated very poorly. I will never recommend this place to anyone or will I ever come back."
"Not sure if they ACTUALLY put on the pads I bring to them. I had them put on pads on my Honda not 6 months ago and it's making that grinding noise again, driver-front side. This seemed to happen on the same Honda not two years before, needing new pads and rotors turned. Makes me wonder if they're even putting the pads on at all. Very reasonable prices though."
"Tom and Mike are excellent. They are straight shooters and do really good repair work at very reasonable prices. I have had several of my family's cars repaired there over the years and never had a problem. I've referred more than a handful of co workers for work there also and they are always very complimentary of the work and the price."
