Take 5 Oil Change

"Normally really good, recent experience was poor. One car in the bay and one in front of us in line, waited in line over an hour. Once we got to the service it was quick and as good as usual."

"Stopped by last Thursday at 6:30pm for an oil change. The young man working said he had two cars he was working and they would be closed by the time he got to me. If you close at 7pm I suggest you take customers till 7pm. Poor customer service in my opinion. I'm a member of the 5 year maintenance plan promotion and now I'm reconsidering that decision. If you're still considering going to take 5 for an oil change just think they close at 5pm so you can get an oil change and the employees don't have to be inconvenienced."

"What an incompetent bunch of kids that work there now. I usually take all 5 of my vehicles there. I took my daughter's car there back around February and they did the oil change no problem. The guy even asked me if I would like the same oil that I used last time, meaning they had record of having worked on it before. Today all the little boys there were crying that they couldn't touch the car because there's a wire in front of the canister and if they touch it, it can fry the car. It's the freaking o2 sensor wire!! Nothing will happen if you touch it or move it to change the filter, its been fine the previous 25 oil changes when competent techs changed the oil on it, even at this same location. They literally had a meeting in front of the car deciding on if they could do it or not and all 3 agreeing they sucked so bad that they couldn't do it. . I'll definitely be taking all my cars somewhere else now which sucks because that is the closest location to my house, but I don't feel comfortable with boys working on my vehicles that are untrained and uneducated on cars, even just a simple oil change. And before they question my knowledge on cars, I've owned 2 custom car shops in 2 different states and currently build race motors in my mancave for fun so I know a thing or 2 about cars. Yes, I can change my own oil but just like the convenience of just pulling up to a local business, and have them change the oil for me real quick. I guess it'll be a different business that gets my support now."
