"CAUTION!! BEWARE!! Do not let this man take your car! My car was damaged by hail on June 11th. I didn’t get my car back until July 29th. I texted Saul on numerous occasions between the 38 days my car was reported by the police as “missing” and also as Geico notified me about the insurance fraud Saul committed. He took the dual issued check, forged my signature in order to cash it, and then did the job (poorly might I add) in order to attempt to complete it. As law enforcement got involved and as I was investigating legal options for insurance fraud, my car was still missing and the only response he gave me was “I will have it ready for you next week.” Come next week, no car and no text message relaying information. All that came from his end was silence after he promised me that my car would be finished in 7 days. Where I am most upset is the blatant lying and disrespect in my face. I’ve never met a business owner with such a lack of care and courtesy towards other. When your car is missing for over a month without any updates, how would you feel? Once I got my car returned (with a stain on the inside, missing decals, and a few scratches that weren’t there before), we had to settle up on the rental car payment that is advertised by his business. Just like when he was working on my car, there is now silence on his end and I am stuck with the rental car bill! It takes a lowlife of a man to not cover debts, and Saul is the lowest of them all. I am still exploring legal options to have Saul pay me the massive amount of $$$ that he owes me. In conclusion, DO NOT go to Saul. His entire company and marketing campaign is a lie. That 38 days plus the aftermath in stress, fees, and dealing with law enforcement was an experience no one should have to go through when just trying to get their car fixed."

"I set up hail repair process with Saul on June 17th. He did not view my car until June 28th, he said he would immediately send the estimates to State Farm for get the approvals. He stopped responding to my texts and calls. On July 13th State Farm indicated they had no estimates or photos sent to them. Saul called me later in the day on the 13th and said ‘ok’. He then would not respond to any calls or texts. A month later no progress has been made and I must find a new shop as my car has been un-drivable the entire time due to a busted sunroof. I highly recommend finding a more professional business to work with."
