"I have purchased my wife shoes there for 20 years. I wanted a pair of shoes but they won't send them until they are paid via a link. I paid the link then decided to pick up rather than be home all day for UPS. Now they refused to allow me pick up. The manager wouldn't help at all. HORRIBLE BS. My advice...Try Sacks, Nieman's anywhere but here"

"I wish I had an option to give zero stars here. Went to the Galleria Jimmy Choo store on Black Friday to buy a pair of shoes for a wedding for next week Saturday. They didn’t have my size so they ordered my size to be delivered to my home and a size smaller to be delivered at their store. I was assured it will be delivered to my house by Tuesday. Turns out it was delayed. The associate suggested me that they could intercept the package as they could receive it at the store Thursday so that I can try both pairs and choose the one that fits best. Turns out the package was delayed again and it would not make it by Friday but they did receive the smaller size. I sent my husband to pick the smaller size on Thursday and was assured by the associate that I can exchange it if it doesn’t fit right. Of course, it didn’t fit right and when I discussed that i would like to exchange it for a bigger size, I was given a run down by the associate that since it’s worn and the sole is not impeccably perfect, an exchange cannot take place. Now.. I am stuck with a $750 pair of shoes that doesn’t fit me well when I was assured it could be exchanged owing to the circumstances that caused this. I think a $20 shoe would have worked a lot better! Please note: Everyone was well aware that I well wear it since I was purchasing it for a wedding."
"This is the only place I will buy their shoes! I have had the best experience there every time. Jay is my go to. He always can find my size and goes out of his way for me! It’s worth it to me to buy in store rather the department stores."
