"Amazing communication and responsiveness. My car was ready in 2 weeks and cleaned before I picked it up. Even after picking up my car, staff was awesome in helping me arrange for the pick up of my rental car and fielding questions related to the insurance/rental car process. Would 100% recommend!"
"I had an overall great experience. 5 for the repairs. It came back looking like it never had been in an accident. 5 on the paint matching 5 car was cleaned inside and out 4 it took 4 weeks to get vehicle back. Initially said it may or may not take 4 weeks with this kind of accident it shouldn’t take 4 weeks but we don’t know because of the nation wide part shortage. 5 for communication they did keep in touch often on what was going on and giving updates. 1 Now this is the only reason I’m giving it a 1 star. The horn no longer worked and I’m big on safety. I didn’t even know it wasn’t working until I had to go in for a routine maintenance and the service tech advised me of that. Also the passenger fog light is no longer working but I could live with that but the horn was big for me. Overall I would recommend them for repair they did good job just make sure everything is working correctly afterwards."
"Everything was alright. The repair was good. Wish they would have cleaned the outside of my car better. A few days ago I realized they didn’t tighten my panel all way. It was loose and making noise. A good company but could be better with cleaning their chat cars and making sure parts are back together to the best capability."
