"Wish that I would have came here sooner. The starter went out on my wife’s Acura. I decided to use another company because I figured I would get it back sooner. Needless to say the other company was not able to get my starter rebuilt in a timely manner and I ended up with more downtime. I gave FW Starter a call and was placed on hold for about 10 minutes. When the gentleman picked back up he got me a price for a new starter and they had it in stock as well. When I arrived to pick it up, it was the same price that he quoted me. The woman that rang me up was jovial and lighthearted. Although it was Friday, I could tell that she is genuinely always a nice person. If you need starter or generator work done, this is the place to go. I won’t use anyone else going forward. The employees are knowledgeable and have been in this line of work for a good while. Truly an old-school shop where the employees still wear dickies and pinstripe shirts with their names embroidered on the patch. It was a pleasure doing business here."
