Shoe Palace

"This is the worst shoe store! I came in here for sneakers, I found two different pairs that I wanted to try on, and finding help was nearly impossible. There were so many employees, but none of them wanted to help. They were all just standing around talking to each other. I finally approached someone and I asked if I could please get these shoes in the size I need, and the guy didn’t speak to me, just scanned the shoes and told me to put them back where I found them, and he will bring me the right size. I wait a few minutes and the guy brings me the shoes, but instead of letting me try the shoes like any other shoe store would allow, he only gave me the left shoe from each box then walked away with both boxes and the two right shoes away from me out of my sight, and out of my reach, so that I couldn’t even try them on. I assume that he thought I was going to steal? I ended up needing a different size, but once again, none of the employees wanted to help. I tried to speak to to a couple different employees at the front, to give them the two left shoes, but they wouldn’t even look at me. I left. This place is a joke."

"I never really go inside shoe palace and I was trying to call but they kept on answering and saying “hello , hello , hello” and I kept on saying “hi can you hear me” and they kept on repeating the same thing(very weird) so decided to go into the store and I try speaking to someone about what was happening on the phone and they completely disregarded what I was saying and I also think she didn’t hear me since the music was blasting and so she just gave me a blank stare , decided to show her the shoe that I was looking for and she immediately said “we don’t have it” who knows if they do , or if they don’t based on her mannerism she could care less .lol"

"this was the first time I visited this location. The sales team was attentive without being all up in business. They let me shop. I found some sneakers and some cleaner. I appreciate that they took the time to put the sneakers back in the box nicely and tucked in the laces. A small thing but with 200 dollar sneakers it's nice to have them treated with respect. Good atmosphere. Team worked together to make me feel welcome."

"Cory and his staff have been the best employees this Shoepalace has had in a few years. I am a sneaker-head so I enter all the raffles prior to Cory becoming manager I would never win but now I truly feel it’s more fair as i end up winning more frequently. Overall all employees have a better attitude and that reflects the type of guy Cory is. I have never seen him in a bad mood or even unwilling to help or talk."
