"I have bought 4 pairs of shoes from here. I bought boots and the bottom looks like is lint is coming out of the whole bottom. Some heels. The belt was loose after 2 uses. I bought some nikes running shoes and they hurt like heck!! I spent about 3-400 dollars because they arent CHEAP!!! YET THE MATERIAL IS EXTREMELY CHEAP!! WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!!! I do not recommend to anyone!!!!! Side note, the employee who took care of me this past time was extremely rude. It was so uncomfortable."

"Clean and organized store. Friendly, helpful staff, greeted us promptly when we stepped through the door. Informed us and showed us how to order online, if size, color and shape wasn't available or in stock( Size 13 are notoriously hard to find ). Staff was visible and on the floor( even the manager) ready to assist. Shocked in a good way. The Customer service experience was pleasant."
