"I don't make these posts very often, but here goes. DO NOT go to Kwik Kar on University no matter what you do. Got my oil changed there yesterday, and woke up to a puddle of oil in my driveway this morning. Turns out they reused the same plastic plug that every other oil change establishment replaces each change (and that manufacturers also suggest replacing.) Today I had to pay for a second oil change 24 hours later. So I called up there, talked to the manager Zach... I thought I'd be cool, and just let them give me a free oil change at a later date rather than having to reimburse me the money. Got called a liar essentially... And offered 20% discount on my next change (as if I would go back at this point.) Yup, I'm lying. I just wanted to pay for 2 oil changes in 24 hours. Save yourself the hassle, take your vehicle to an establishment that does honest work and respects their customers. Thank you, Take 5, for righting their wrong. Feel free to share."
"Went in to get an oil change and this is how I received my truck back. Oil is leaking everywhere and I was not informed of what oil was used nor did they ask what oil I wanted. Before the service began, I made sure to tell them to not make a mess. This is the worst place I have received an oil change. When I got home, I had to clean up all this mess."
