"If I could give a negative star I would. My son went to this store at Memorial City mall to return a pair of shoes he bought online (365 day return policy) because they were too small. He was denied by someone at the store because they said they were worn. This wasn't true as only tried on in our home. So on 10/22/23 I returned to the store and asked to speak to the manager on duty. The assistant manager said he was the one who turned my son away before and he could not take them because they are worn. We did not wear them and I stated well that is how they arrived through the mail. He basically assumed that we were lying and did nothing to work out the situation. This is not good customer service and not what I would expect from a Retail store like Journeys. I am extremely dissatisfied and would not recommend anyone to shop at Journeys if this is how they teach their "managers" to treat customers. Do these look worn to you? Nothing on the sole nor the top."
"Very crowded. The employees were very nice and helpful. I don't think the AC was working it was very hot."
"The young lady that was helping me was very nice. Well I was trying on my shoes I seen that every employee was asking about socks I guess it's something they have to do so I brought a pair of the socks and those socks suck every time I take a step the socks move and slide off my feet I spent half the time pulling the socks back up in my shoes get better socks if you want your employees to sell them"
"Editing my review: If I could I'd give a negative 5... I went there yesterday with my husband (08/11). A young lady greeted us, she was very respectful. But when we were by the register looking at the backpacks, another young female came running towards us, around 5:30-6pm. She got way too close to my husband, completely ignored me, tried flirting with my husband in front of me. Very DISRESPECTFUL. I worked in retail for over 10 years and never once did I do that. Not even at a young age. These young females need to learn how to respect a married man. There were kids in the store, so I kept my cool, I'm not ghetto. We were holding hands and everything, no respect what so ever."
