DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

"This DSW has gone downhill. The layout is the worst! Shoe selection is no longer good. They have no bags now and everyone is sent to self checkout with no assistance. I checked out once and forgot to select gift receipt and when I asked girl for one she said it was too late. She later had to call her manager because the machine didn’t give me a receipt for a second purchase and I asked the manager for a gift receipt for my previous purchase and she gave me one no problem. Employees here are untrained or just plain LAZY. Last time I went in (and it will be the last)… I had a quick return. I stood there and saw while 3 women chatted behind the counter. They would look at me but not one greeted me. I stood there while they talked, one even took a phone call and was walking away when I asked if anyone was going to help me… their response was “oh, you need help?” I almost laughed out loud and her ridiculous question. This makes me extremely sad. I worked at this store when I was in college and it was a great store! Managers were great, employees were well trained and helpful and customer were happy to buy from them. This place is no longer the same. How are those changes working for you DSW?"

"Just left here. They saw us come tru checkout they where busy yakking away no one attended to us or offered . We then went to self checkout payed on our way out we where stopped by the same lady who had seen us walk to checkout and didn’t offer to attend to us saying the shoes have chip and asked for receipts but ye no chip . We black so make sure we not stealing . Why not just stay at the checkout and do your job. If we went off then we will be stereotyped oh there they go again. Won’t be back"

"This store has the worst selection of shoes, sizes and colors! Unless you have a size 6/7 shoe you won’t find anything in your size. Seems they are more interested in clothing and how their displays look rather than selling a good selection of shoes!"

"It's DSW! I really do love them because they carry so many size 11 shoes. ❤ My gripe is 2-fold: the store is messy at the front entrance. Usually, DSW has shoes and other items on display. All I saw was boxes and stuff. My other gripe is that I opted to pick up my new shoes that I'd ordered online at a store. But this store wasn't the closest one to me - the one on 249 @ FM 1960 is, yet it's not listed on the website at all. Even the cashier was baffled. (Update yer site DSW!) But I was super happy with this little pop of color from Penny Loves Kenny. I can't wait until my red thigh-high boots come in!!!"
