She stopped to make sure I was doing okay and she even recommended some comfortable shoes (Kelly Katie heel) for a funeral I was going to attend. I purchased 3 pairs of shoes. "I did not make a purchase today because the customer service was nonexistent. I walked around the store and not one associate asked if I needed help or if I was finding what I needed alright. I actually would’ve appreciated some help because I was intending on making a purchase. Two employees were lolly-gagging about their personal business and acted as though they weren’t even at work. One of the ladies was putting on her waist trainer and on FaceTime with her man who was in jail. This was my first and last visit to this DSW. I hope management sees this review. You all need to do better. It was a disgusting experience."
"No one greeted myself or ask it I needed anything assistance. Poor customer service, The employees were more focused on their tasks and each other. Than the customer. My first time visiting and my last time visiting."
