"I just wanted to say thank you to AJ for his amazing service! I had been to two other places to get an inspection on my lunch hour and neither place had anyone available to do an inspection. When I arrived at Kwik Kar AJ greeted me with a smile and asked me what I needed. He said it would be up to 30 minutes. I didn't have that much time I told him and he said let me get you taken care of now. It was done within 15 minutes. WOW. Thank you AJ for your kindness and service with a smile. "I went in for an oil change and it was way more expensive than other places that I have been to. But the worst part for me other than not being quick, pretty sure they went through my glove box. There was a receipt on the floorboard for tires that I brought at least a year ago. I didn’t pull it out before I went in so why was it out other than them rummaging through the glovebox? The passenger side seat was laided out flat as if to hide or take a nap. Didn’t realize I needed to be on full alert to have my oil changed. Not happy at all."

"This morning I stopped by to have my oil changed with my own oil and filter. A few hours later when I went to lunch I realized they had put the left over oil (about 1/10th of a quart) in my passenger side floorboard and it leaked everywhere. What kind of idiot would do this? It's not like it's an old work truck, and even if it was this is not how you treat your customers. I drive a fairly nice and extremely clean Chrysler 300c. This is unacceptable!"
