The tire is the right size and no irregularities that affect driving, all things that have happened at other stores in Ft Worth. Staff was personable and courteous. The service was fast. "Went there for a tire plug which they did great on the plug part. The problem came a couple days later when my car started shaking. Felt like it was coming from the same tire they plugged and it was. Turned out the made a mistake not even a rookie would make. They put all five of my lug nuts on backwards. It's common sense how to put on a nut just fit it in the grove smfh. So it walled out all five holes in my tires. Lucky I checked it when I did cause I would of lost a tire on the highway or driving. Making a bone head mistake like that I wouldn't recommend letting them fix not even a bike tire. I only went there cause West side tire was closed......never again. I would of gave em no stars if possible. Prices may be low but the common sense is lower"
