She assured me (AND I TRULY BELIEVE HER) that they are going to fix the customer service issues which makes me feel comfortable raising the rating to a five star. I will say that every time one of the kids gets worked on that doctors and assistants are always top-notch. I’ve only ever had an issue with the customer service at the front of house."

"What a friendly welcoming office! We visited the Haslet office very nice and clean. My daughter really enjoyed going to the orthodontist she talked about it all day and we can't wait to see the end results. Great staff yall are awesome"

"HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We have had two children now use Lustig and Young and I can’t say enough good things. They spend time with you going over what is needed for each individual treatment plan. Phones are always answered timely and if you are in a crunch and need to get in ASAP they do whatever they can to get you in. Staff is all friendly and responsive. They listen to any concerns. We love the added benefit of several offices to choose from should we need a specific day and time. The Lifetime Retainer Program is a must! My son lost two already and they replace them without question with zero due. The only thing I would say was a con is that they aren’t open on Saturday’s but I guess everyone deserves a day off. :-)"
