"When I call to make initial appointment, I was told that their office would check his Medicaid to ensure what was covered. Then they gave my son an appointment on at 4 PM the next day. When we got there they were closed. The main office had no idea they had closed for Thanksgiving. They gave us another appointment for Friday morning. Upon arriving, I was told it wasn't their job to check our insurance with Medicaid. It took 30 minutes and still never got through. Then decided to use a different insurance. At 11:45 I was told they were waiting for a fax from the insurance company and they would call. Needless to say they didn't. Would NEVER tell anyone to use this place. "I’ve gone to this dentist off and on for years, and never have i had this horrible of an experience with a dentist office. Everything was super great, the receptionist is absolutely wonderful! That being said, there’s a reason someone so nice is the face of the office. When faced with insurance difficulties, i was met with hostility, rudeness, and the “office manager,” Bacardi, tried her best to get me to pay roughly $100 out of pocket and a payment plan for the next 6 weeks, all while telling me that I’m not covered. In reality, after i talked to an insurance rep, THEY DON’T TAKE MY INSURANCE ANYMORE, AND REFUSED TO TELL ME THAT. Please let me be clear. They DID AT ONE POINT AND NOW THEY DO NOT. But Bacardi insisted that i was not covered, and tried her best to get me to pay out of pocket. I attempted to ask to reschedule, and this awful woman raised her voice at me and said “we don’t have time for that, why don’t you call back when you get it figured out.”"
