"This is a full service garage! I had an issue with water pump, which was affecting my timing. They did a full diagnostic, using their own equipment, not relying the check engine light codes to do the diagnosing. They provided a full report on what needed to be done. In addition, this is major engine work and they were several thousand dollars less than the dealership. In order to do the work they had to pull the engine. After the work was started, I stopped by to see how it was going. The mechanic discussed with me why the car was operating the way it was, and showed me the faulty water pump, which was the culprit causing the problems. All in all great service by an honest shop and an honest mechanic."

"11/15/23 So first, here's the bad part about this place: They’re unorganized and cannot schedule to save their life. I needed some engine mounts to be replaced and asked them to do the labor part bc I already bought the parts myself. They were nice enough to do it for me without making me use the parts they have which would cost extra in the end, basically making the task cheaper and reasonable for me. When I first called them, i was immediately placed on hold for 6 minutes, pretty reasonable and seemed like a busy place. They had some scheduling issues with me due to my limited availability and had to call me back a few times to confirm a day. My 3rd time getting a call back from them, I was placed on hold for 30 minutes (seriously), having to hang up and call back to see if they would answer. Eventually they answered and asked what I needed and I told them “you called me and placed me on hold for half an hour” and the person basically said he forgot that he put me on hold. I’m cool if you put me on hold but to forget about a customer and not even check up on me in between minutes seemed very careless to me, they need to work on that. 11/20/23 Now the good news is that my engine mounts were replaced and was charged at a reasonable price. I did estimate quotes with other shops around my area and they were the most fair and reasonable to me, so I will give them that. They did it in 3 hours which impressed me and the service was overall excellent. My only issue again was the scheduling. When I told the guy my appointment and information, he informed me that I was scheduled for Tuesday (11/21/23) and not Monday. I was super confused bc I was originally scheduled for last Thursday (11/17/23) but then was moved to Monday due to scheduling issues. This alone showed me how unorganized they are with scheduling and all that. I’m sure they will fix it, but as of right now that’s my only complaint, at least they get the job done and that’s what is important."
