"Brought my truck in for a diagnostic due to an oil leak, was advised I needed an engine cooler line replacement. I was quoted an amount that for the job, when I asked for the entire total they gave man an amount with the diag fee as well. I asked them the diagnostic fee is normally added in with the work amount if you agree to the job. We asked them to ask the manager. They did not mute the phone and we heard them talking and the employee stated this customer knows the game and stated the diag fee shouldn’t be due. The manager stated. We need the money for our techs, up charge them and require the diag fee. I hung up and called back and advised I heard the entire convo and asked them to pull my truck out and I would not been getting the work done there. Upon arrival I was told by a manager that I was correct and should not have been charged the fee and they would take it off. I stated I did not want them working on my vehicle. I went to the Meineke on Bryant Irving and was told my job I needed done would be $150 more than quoted at the other location. And was told they had already spoken to the other location. This has just been a nightmare. I simply wanted my vehicle fixed."

"Took my car here and they gave me a false Diagnostic of 1450 dollars. Called a key guy in the parking lot he reprogrammed my key for 1250 less. They said I needed and ignition which I know was a lie... They guy threatened to call the cops when I asked for my money back.. These people are vultures and scammers. Thanks Aldo for saving me money from crooks.. The guy Danny just called me about my review.. but not willing to clear up fake charges. My black Men and Women or elderly stay.away from these crooks. The white guy has racist tendencies and the Mexican is alone for the ride. Shop full of junkies"

"12/2/23 went for a simple vehicle inspection. My car is very reliable. Runs perfect and always passes inspection. No check engine light. Left with my car failed inspection because of a power steering fluid leak. My car has no leak and no noise trying to steer. This place gave me a laundry list of repairs to have done. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!! They are a racket and trying to get money for repairs not needed. NEVER AGAIN will I go here."

"When you have received bad service, you need to speak up. Their State inspection service is a bait, what they really want is to empty your pocket. It is about my Honda 2003 Accord, a very reliable car, which I keep it for 10 years. I didn't use their service before. Usually, a inspection is about 20 minutes, but they could take a whole hour, used 2-3 employees. You may be thankful, but here what I got. The only issue I agree is the window blade, which need be replaced. Generally, it costs you about $20-30, but their quote is more than $60 (I can pay it if it is the only item). Besides, there is a leak about power steering fluid, which I observed before. I know as long as there is sufficient fluid, I don't need to worry at all. However, they forced me to change, escalate it as a safety concern. (Well, I can easily pass in other places with this old leak issue.) Otherwise, it will be Failure. The quote is more than $360. Also, they want to charge other items like air filter, light bulb. Not an end, we have more below. First, they will collect your ID information, including phone number, address, and email address, which is not normal. I asked, then they told me it is their policy. Most places might required your phone number. That's all. Then, they charged me $25.5 before I fix it and pass the exam. Usually, the inspection place will give you a second chance, fix your items and go back again, only charge you after Pass. The good thing is I paid them, walked away, and pass the inspection in a nearby place in less than 10 mins. THERE ARE SO MANY BETTER PLACES FOR AUTO INSPECTION, SO WATCH OUT!"

"10/10. I came in needing my ac compressor repaired. They updated me via text through a link that included pictures and details of everything about my car and what was wrong with it. I really appreciated that aspect. I appreciated the genuinely nice people working there. I brought my car in on Monday, and it was done on Tuesday. That being said they were PACKED. And they still had my car out in less than a day. As well as their work having warranty on it! Thank you and I couldn’t recommend enough!"
