"Dr. Klassen and her staff are incredible human beings and their bed side manner is top notch. I absolutely do not like going to the dentist. I have a serious emotional fear of all things teeth related that has caused me to put off going in to the dentist for several years. Dr Klassen and her staff were well aware that I was an anxious ball of stress (I had tears pouring down my face while I was simply getting pictures of my teeth taken, something about showing someone my imperfections is extremely hard for me). They were empathetic and so very kind to me. I know they see teeth all day long, but these are my teeth and my smile is very important to me. I asked them to please not show me the teeth pictures, or X-rays, or go into much detail about what I need done (I know I sound ridiculous, but we all have something that we struggle accepting right?) I just asked them to let me know the plan to get my teeth beautiful and let’s set up a date, because I fully trust Dr. Klassen to take care of me and my dental needs. They didn’t even bat an eye! Dr. Klassen very gently went over some things I need to work on myself at home and got a to do list together for me and we set up a date. They offer the sedation pills before hand so that I will mostly sleep through whatever dental work I will be getting done, it’s something they offer for people like me who would otherwise be unable to follow through with the treatment part. I honestly left the dentist appointment feeling no stress or anxiety about the upcoming visit and for the first time in my life, I can think about going to the dentist and I don’t have a hot flash, nausea, and sweaty palms. I’m excited to go back, and excited for Dr. Klassen to make my smile beautiful again! If you’re scared or nervous, I just want to tell you that it’s okay to be scared, but it’s not okay to avoid the dentist for 5 years because if it. Especially when you go into their dental office and realize how pleasant a dentist visit can be! W Dental is a 10 out of 10, I definitely recommend!"

It is easy to get an appointment and she is very kind and takes her time to make sure you are taken care of. Even my kids come to see her for their checkups.
