"The man told me it would be a 10 minute oil change , it turned to a hour and 15 minutes , and for a minute they weren’t even working on my car . I didn’t mind waiting , but once I asked you for the estimated time and you said ten minutes that’s what I expected .. slow service and they don’t tell you the full total or prices .. they just do the work that you didn’t ask them to do and make you pay .."
"This is the best place to get your state inspection and oil changes. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They assisted with the inspection despite the minor damage to the vehicle that a claim had been filed on. The oil changes are quick and affordable. Hands down, best service!!"
"A couple oil changes ago, I stopped by here on a Sunday because I can't get away from my new job during the week. A very helpful man named Cedric serviced my vehicle and pointed out a couple other items to pay attention to. I've now had 3 visits and Cedric has helped me out each time. I really appreciate his friendly and informative service and how he let me know what he saw without being pushy about getting it done"
"Do NOT take your car here. Andrew the service tech tried to recommend an additional $500 worth of work that didn’t need to be done. Told me my front brakes were at 15% life and my rear brakes were metal on metal. When in fact my front brakes were at 60% life and my rear brakes were around 40%. Typical shop that tries to take advantage of its returning customers. Would give 0 stars if I could."

After struggling with a few others on getting some issues resolved with my car that other shops didn't seem to care about, Charles and the staff here took great care of me and got everything taken care of, on my day off, in the same trip.
