"I am having vibration issues on my car. i took it to christian brothers and the service advisor, Josh took a test drive and told me he didn't think the vibration is too bad and advised me to take it to the dealership since he don't have the exact make and model to compare the ride quality. i wasn't charged a dime and when i gave a tip to Josh, he politely declined that as well. They could have suggested me to do a full diagnosis of the car and take money from me but they felt its not necessary. I appreciate the honesty of Josh and his team."

The staff is always friendly, helpful, and informative. Their waiting area is ample, clean, comfortable and set up for you to work if that is what you need to do while you wait. They were able to take care of us right away. They got the hood unstuck and did an oil change. They made it so the car hood could open and close properly as well.
