"The Meineke location in Lake Worth, TX was as professional as always. Terry and his staff are amazing with the work that they do and as long as this location exists, they will be my go to location for any and all repair work that I need done. I couldn’t ask for a better team of mechanics for my 2017 Hyundai Sonata Sport. My father recently passed and willed me his 2013 Cadillac CTS-V. I will also be bringing that vehicle to them. Other service centers could learn a thing or two from them. Keep up the amazing work!!!!!"
"Absolutely amazing. The service was fast and everyone was very friendly. I purchased a used vehicle and took it in for a diagnostic to make sure it was safe and long story short it was not safe and the mechanic advised me to return the vehicle and with the email delivery of the vehicle result it abled me a no hassle return to the dealership. I would also like to state I was quoted a price over the phone and although much more was done in the diagnostic the owner still honored my quoted price . Thank you so much!"
"Very pleased so far. They answer your questions up front. They tell you what they need if they can’t perform a service. They provide photos and explanations in the inspection report one gets after an oil change. No repairs or extra maintenance were pitched. They simply gave my wife and me the info, the evidence and we decided the next step, if any, to take."
"I’m a first time customer in town for the holidays. Wait time was an hour and a half for an oil change. Once I received my receipt, I realized my tires had been rotated, so I asked them to put them back because my tires were rotated last week while getting a nail removed. After waiting 20 minutes I said nevermind because they had not gotten back to my car and the bathroom was out of service so I couldn’t wait much longer. The experience wasn’t horrible. The three star rating is for average."
"Came in due to a transmission code and engine light as well. Terry and team always take care of business. Mechanic has been there for a long time that I’ve noticed and he’s amazing! Great customer service and communication through out the diagnosis process. Highly recommend for your car care needs."
