"If you're looking for a used vehicle regardless your personal circumstances, I highly recommend the trip to Cowboys Auto Ranch. Coming from out of town, I was a bit nervous starting off, but both Don & Farris are extremely warm & welcoming & go above & beyond to ensure you feel comfortable-Great customer service guys!!! Farris drives all the cars himself first that he intends to sale, is very knowledgeable about them, & backs it up with the option of a warranty. Moreover, Farris is incredibly patient & easy to work with. Due to me still waiting for my insurance check I received to get processed by my bank for my down-payment the first day I was there, he allowed me to put a deposit down to take the vehicle off the market until that check cleared my bank. Also, despite my limited budget range & fair credit standing, he gave me several options & did EVERYTHING in his absolute power to get me the best deal that worked for me. He explains everything you are signing as you are signing & provides you with a copy of it all as well. Farris goes above & beyond to ensure your comfortable with what you will be driving off in.
