The hygienist is great, and she has a gentle touch; she does not hurt you while doing your cleaning. Also, the staff is very welcoming and courteous in person and on the phone."

"My experiences as a patient with Monica Boyd has been HORRIFICALLY PAINFUL. She marked the Wrong TOOTH and because of her neglect the WRONG TOOTH WAS PULLED and she made all these promises to fix HER MISTAKE but instead she ended up Killing another TOOTH BY LEAVING ME IN HERE OFFICE waiting to talk to her about the horrible pain and infection of the tooth I made an appointment to get looked at. I could have sued her but I chose to give her a second chance because she PROMISED TO FIX HER MISTAKE. She has no remorse and if She can make this many poor decisions with another medical provider think what she will do to you!!!!! No one is safe. Shame on you for ignoring what you have done. You dragged it out for 2 years while you have altered my life permanently and I have no left lower teeth to eat my food and a gapping hole where the DEAD tooth sits and collects what I can eat. I have lost 25 pounds and have never once received a call or a real apology. She should not be treating patients. RUN! Shame on you Dr. Monica Boyd. You should stop mutilating and destroying lives!"

My personal journey of finding that perfect elusive dentist and staff has led me to search the world over, (okay just Mexico and Texas) but thankfully, 10 years ago my journey came to an end and I’m not trading her for ANYONE else in the world!! I no longer live in Harlingen-Cameron county, but I STILL have Dr. Ramos as my dentist. If I lived in a different state, I would STILL come to see ONLY her!
