"I have a 1989 240. It needed service and called and explained it needed service. Told the gal what year and make it was. She said, not a problem Had to have it towed on Saturday and when the driver got there they said they didn't work on vehicles older than 10 years. He had to bring it back to anther service center. It costs over 500 dollars for two tows. Won't ever come back here for service !!!@"
"Fantastic Service Manager! My daughter had a problem with her 2019 Nissan Versa. I brought it to his attention and he got it handled without fail. This location has great customer service and they stand behind their work! Never settle going with subpar parts and service from small garages. Come to the dealership and have it done from factory trained experts. If you’re in the DFW area it’s worth the drive to come to Fort Worth Nissan and get your vehicle service done right!"
"Expect a 1 and 1/2 hour minimal wait for anything but I trust in them of doing a good job whatever they do so the wait I can deal with. They offer an oil change program to get free oil changes something I should have taken advantage of long before I actually did. They have all kinds of free coffee drinks. And you can buy snacks at their vending machine and watch TV too."
