"They did a great job on my car for the most part. I did notice that my window wasn't working after they fixed my car door. I called, took it in, and then they fixed it. Quick fix. What disappoints me most is that they broke my driver's power seat panel! It held together until I was out of the warranty on their workmanship (actually, held together for months) before it made itself apparent. Now, the panel on my driver seat falls off.... they broke the latches that snap it together. Now, I have to get that fixed myself. Really bummed because I LOVE my car and have taken care of it myself."

"First off customer service was excellent. Phone calls were always answered quickly and questions answered as well. They don't keep the vehicle any longer then needed. They did my appraisal. Ordered parts made sure they had them there before I dropped my truck off. And I was called periodically with any updates. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing body work done."

I had a very tough time with the insurance company and claim, but Brett and Christi (not sure on spelling) were EXTREMELY HELPFUL and got the job done when they say they would and I could not be anymore happier with the results.
