"Not to great, the vehicle did not look the way it should, still 2 indentations on one of the fenders. When walked into the shop, they didn’t say “good morning “ they just said how can we help?, I said I was there to pick up my vehicle, they ask my name then they ask me for my copay, gave me some paper and the keys. I walk out saw the bad job they had done, came back, ask to speak to someone. I could see an office full of employees, final someone came. After seeing the indentations I ask does anyone checks before calling the client, all he said was we are all humans. Yes we are. Not sure how long before I can pick up my car. It took them like 3 weeks to fix it the first time. I don’t recommend this shop."

The gentleman who handled this for me was super nice and excellent at explaining everything to me. It’s hard to find a company that actually cares about the quality of their service anymore. A++ ⭐️"

"They did an okay job on my vehicle. You are able to see the side fender a bit uneven, however the color match is good. There was a missing piece of plastic that protects the windshield. Their customer service is trash. They told me they would have my vehicle ready by a date and they took additional 5 weeks. They continued to lie to me every time I would call and ask for an update, telling me it would be ready by another date yet they kept extending the date. One of the males that works as a receptionist wouldn’t pick up my calls, I had to call from another number. Also when they gave me back my vehicle it wasn’t washed up at all, they got my beige seats dirty. I was so disappointed and unpleased."

"Our vehicle was there slightly longer than we anticipated but Hacienda was in constant communication with us, providing us updates. After getting our Ford F-150 back, I see it was well worth the wait. It’s as if the truck was never in an accident. Thank you to the whole staff at Hacienda for the excellent service. Hope we never have to meet under these circumstances again, but if I’m ever in this situation again I know who to call."
