"I was very pleased with this company's service. Very professional and quick to response. I was very impressed with the gentleman that towed our vehicle. His name was Roli and he was very careful with loading and unloading our vehicle, he was very clear with his instructions on what he needed to do. He was very friendly and professional. "I didn't use their services, and since I didn't I don't feel like I can honestly give them just 1 star. They might actually be that areas best towing company!! My poor review is based specifically on the price and attitude of the service I received during the one phone call I made to them while in need of roadside assistance. I was on the road in S. Texas and a faulty gas gauge caught me on empty 20 miles from their location. 20 miles from ANYTHING! I called and after some condescension about not knowing my exact location, I was quoted somewhere in the neighborhood of $600 for someone to drive 40 miles (there and back) with a 5 gallon can of gas. I found a towing company 10 miles farther away that would tow it cheaper, a significant amount cheaper, from roadside to gas pump. And that's all I got ta say bout that. But I did make it to where I was goin! I'll include a pic!! SPI"
