"You know what you're getting into when you go to a dealership for service: they'll try to up-sell and sell you things you didn't ask for. If you know what you want, it's not a big deal. But I can say everyone here was extremely courteous, they fit me in immediately for a state inspection and oil change, and they performed the service in a timely manner. Overall good experience, especially as far as dealerships go!"
