"Total misunderstanding & miscommunication. Mechanic that came over was pretty nice & helpful, yet their boss (owner) is pretty harsh. Not only ignored my calls & texts for days, he didn't even attempt to correct an issue that happened on their end. And something that would cost $20, they charged $100. Understandable they come to you, but to make things worse. Be aware & make sure to record & jot down everything! Hurtful lesson learned."
