"So...I went to a very well known hair salon in Lexington. I paid a little over $200 for balayage. What I wanted...carmel color on my dark brown hair...and my gray roots covered. What I got...orange brassy color which I hated. Not to mention the top part of my hair was damaged by how long the color had been left on...and...my hair underneath was blonde with the top being orange and...Jonna found artificial hair color...black hair color...in my hair. My grays were not covered when I left the salon. It was so bad she thought I did the job myself!! ;) Well..not only did I leave with the right color and all the corrections, my hair was soft, styled well, and perfect. I had dealt with this botched job for 12 weeks not being able to get in due to scheduling issues and quite frankly scared to go back to the place in Lexington. Jonna is sweet, listens, and is hilarious. She made me feel like I had known her for years...I love her..I will never go anywhere else. My hair looks amazing.
