"Louisville KY December 2023, St. Matthew Mall, weather is kind of cold and dreary and blah....unfortunately so was the staff. I do not like to post negative reviews but here we are. No greeting when I walked in. No one asked if I needed help with anything. I am at fault for running late to my hair appointment but there was only one person working at the salon and he was tied up doing highlights. Salon phone rang on 3 occasions and no one could answer it. I waited about 20 mins in front of the register then walked around another 10-15mins close to salon area. Never spoke to a single employee. I walked out. Not even a thank you for coming in. I must say, it was certainly a different experience than I usually have at all the other Ultas."

"Asked a young lady to help me. She just kept walking and said she isn’t clocked in. Kids today are horrible at customer service. The customer service in the store was scare. Always is. Finally a nice Older lady helped me. Do better Ulta."
