"I decided after watching one of your hair stylist treat a lady so bad w an attitude that I started to walk out tonight. If not for a family member having appt w the other hair stylist I would have walked out hands down. Who treats their customers w such a nasty attitude that even her body language spewed bad attitude, it is beyond me. I was shocked the behavior she showed towards a customer who had many concerns about her hair. The hair stylist who was cutting the ladies hair was cutting the ladies hair dry. I am pretty sure you should use water on hair b 4 cutting it . And I'm pretty sure it's called wash, cut, dry. Not cut, wash, dry. Not gonna have this happen to me so I will not be back here for fam, friend or self. Smh"
