Bottle Rockets Bar

"Slow, inattentive, and horrible service, cold and forever long taking food, and the ENTIRE staff are VERY disrespectful. No manager on duty; was told to wait 45min for one to come in. Sat at bar and did not get quick service although no one was there. 15 min to get drinks, the food came out cold and had to go the bar to request a remake because server never came back at an empty restaurant. Food came out single/separately so we could not eat together and at once. The remake took so long to come out and we had to ask the runner to go get the server so we could request another beer, request water and request napkins. Fries HAD NO SEASONING. Multiple charges!!!!!!!!! The server closed the card before showing us a receipt, where we found that there were numerous mistakes and extraneous fees. When we attempted to speak to someone, the staff was rude and unhelpful yelling “I’m just a server, there is no manager here”. Very disappointed. Horrible feeling being disrespected when we came to a nice area for some good food."

"Just bad. Came with a group of friends. The food was overpriced and disappointing. The beer sucked, I asked for two different beers that they said were on tap and they were out. I just ordered a cocktail and some parmesan fries and they were OK, but all the other food wasn't good. The cheese sticks were kinda bland and the pizza just didn't taste good at all. My friend ordered a Shiner and it was awful, it tasted stale and nasty. Servers weren't really bad but they were just kinda inattentive. It's like this place isn't even trying to retain business. They even overcharged our cards, something about a 4% charge for using card like what? There was also a faint scent of cigarette smoke that we smelled up as we were chatting, despite the numerous no smoking signs outside of the building. We won't be coming back."

"Bottle Rockets Bar is a super cool sports bar located in The Shops at Legacy, on the corner of Legacy Dr and Bishop Rd. Bottle Rockets has two levels, with an upper deck area that extends outside over the patio area below. There was an arctic blast that was rolling through the area so there was no way anyone was going to eat outside this time. When the weather warms up, I'd definitely eat outside on the upper deck though! I think they had about a dozen beers on draft, canned beers, and of course a full bar. We initially decided to go with a couple buckets of beer, but turned out they may have ran out of canned beers for the buckets. In the end we had a couple of pitchers to go along with a few pizzas. The pizza are really good with a nice crispy crust. Bottle Rockets has a couple dart boards, a pool table, basketball game, and a couple stand up arcade games on the 1st level. The arcade games do take quarters, but don't worry, they have a change machine. Our server was super attentive and friendly, we never had to search for her, she did a great job. They have like a zillion TVs so you really can't complain about not being able to see what's on TV. Cool place, I'd go back again."

"Went here for a work night to get some food, play darts and play pool. Contrary to some of the other reviews, the waitress we had was good. She was over frequently to ask if we needed more drinks and helped us out with our food order. The food itself was pretty good and reasonably priced."

"A fantastic sports bar in Plano at the Shops of Legacy with 2 levels of wall-to-wall TVs! Fun place to not only watch your game (UFC, NFL Football or College Football, Baseball, Basketball or Soccer and more!), but the drinks and staff are amazing... and that pizza OMG I'm seriously in love with that crust. My son gave the thumbs up as best as well! A must try for all you foodies. The brunch is just as outstanding too! I gotta say that big screen is high quality compared to others and for sports bars, I give this an A++."
