"They did really good body work on the vehicle. Some of the mechanical items I thought should have been replaced were not though. This may have been due to the insurance company saying otherwise though. Overall I am very happy with the quality of work that was done. It looks like the shop was very thorough in taking their time in finding the replacement factory and aftermarket parts. I would give it a five star if it was not for the mechanical parts issue listed above."
"I had been advised not to trust Al’s by coworkers and my interaction with them reinforced this. I needed an estimate on my car, but want to see if the price is competitive with others in town. $100 for an estimate? Screw you. Now you’re definitely never getting my business. This place just oozes slimy, from phone calls, stories from coworkers, to my interactions with them in person."
"For this to be one of the only certified USAA body shops in Del Rio is ridiculous. I had the worst experience here. They gave me an expected time for my car to be done and it was not. The owner or person running the place took a vacation. When I did get my car back the paint job was HORRIBLE and there was a big red scratch so they had to take it back AGAIN.Today I looked and only been 3 months and the paint is cracked. They quoted me 500, receipt said 600, then acted like they were doing me a favor only charging 400. I will pay any ammount for a quality job (this should have been free for all the trouble and the poor job done.)I will be reporting this to USAA and the BBC. #FEDUP!"
