Why 5stars, because they drove the next day out of town to get the parts needed to fix our Truck. Above and beyond. Very knowledgeable and all around caring people. They even service unionpacific RR Engines."

"Great people, great customer service, very fair labor prices, very knowledgeable mechanics and staff. We had an issue with our diesel motorhome as we passed the shop. They immediately saw us, diagnosed the problem and had the part ordered and installed in a couple of days. Whether you are local or in our case we were not, they treated us like we had been in Alpine are whole lives, like friends. I have nothing but high praise for everyone there. "I’m home for Thanksgiving with my family!!! On Monday my truck was leaking antifreeze very bad. I couldn’t pin point where it was coming from and I had 1,200 miles to go home. All my kids and grand kids where coming to our house for the holiday. On Tuesday morning I called these guys and they told me come right over. Rudy looked at the leak and said he hoped it wasn’t the radiator. I agreed. He took the antifreeze container off and found a leak on the top of the radiator. He invited me to eat thanksgiving dinner with him and go horse back riding with his family on thanksgiving and I said, I appreciated the offer but I would rather try and repair it to get me home with my family and that’s what we did! He repaired it and I was home with my family! I go through Alpine quit a bit and would definitely use them again!"

"We lost our transmission in our semi near Alpine Texas. After calling several mechanics, Skip was the first to respond and proved to be very helpful. While the truck was down, we decided to make some changes, going with a different transmission. Skip was very accommodating during this process. It took us almost a week with the help from Skip to get all the parts needed to make all these changes. Once we had everything, he was able to do the install in one day to get us back on the road. To top it all off, it was much less expensive than anticipated. While it is unhandy to break down anywhere, I highly recommend doing it in Alpine Texas when Skip is around."

"Skip did an amazing job fixing our truck. We broke down in middle of nowhere Texas due to a snapped serpentine belt and coolant leak. He not only came to us but got us back on the road very quickly. He was very reasonably priced as well. Would definitely recommend and would use again if needed."
