"They are the only cab company left in town. They have no urgency to come and pick you up and want to charge an arm and a leg to take you places because they know you have no other choice. The cab was dirty. And they wanted cash. Total mobster company. The town voted uber out. They probably have someone on the council getting a kickback. You know, small mobsters town mentality."
