"Charge too much! $900 for a 15 Minutes work. My semi truck the trailer wheel stuck in the ditch! Warehouse manager suggested this towing company , because it is close by, About 31 Miles from here.(Martin,TN to McKenzie ,TN)I call this company at 5:20pm, they came at 7:15 pm.(I don’t know how they take so long)After they just use 15 minutes to pull the trailer out of the ditch. 7:30 finished the job.And they give me the bill $900. He said $300 per hour, total 3 hours, because he have to count the time driving back. Do you think this price fair? Just be careful this company everyone!"

"Absolutely the most DISHONEST COMPANY I've ever dealt with. My daughter drove her car into the ditch. She called Pearce truck and auto to pull her out. The guy told her if the car would start she could just go home. HE tried starting it and said it wouldn't crank. Then told me on the phone he saw a severed wire connection under the radiator. All so he could tow the car and charge me $125. I had the car towed to my house the next day. Car fired right up after i spent and hour looking for severed wires. DON'T GIVE THESE LYING THIEVES YOUR MONEY!!!"
