"I use to love this car wash because only the bugoff option that not many has . whatsoever I'll come by today and the foaming bush wasn't working so I used the triple conditioner then it the unworking bush but now that I looked at my paint it' looks super bad that thing scratched my truck so bad ,plus I have to stop at another carwash to finish it ..give some maintenance and ay least replace the foaming scrubbers"

"This is a self-wash place and I'm pleased with it. Those I've used in Evansville are annoying if paying by card. You swipe and it adds 3 minutes. then at 1 minute you have to hit a button to add 20 or maybe 30 seconds at a time. So you want 3 more minutes? Push push push push push push. Oh..that was 10 seconds wasted. Back to washing..... and so on. Serious pain in the rear. THIS WASH SIMPLY COUNTS TIME UPWARD AND WHEN COMPLETE, POSTS A TRANSACTION FOR THE TOTAL AMOUNT. It's a cleaner transaction. ;-) The pressure wash was very good. The rinse, wax, and other options were all good. The only problem that I had was the brush didn't seem to be working well. Not nearly enough suds coming out and all too slow so that several times I had to stop and just wait for it before there was enough on the car that I felt comfortable using the brush. The line would fold over on me near the handle as well which compounded this. I suspect this was a fault of that particular hose/brush system in that one bay because it doesn't make sense that everything else was either slightly or very superior to other similar places. It seemed a bit cleaner as well. Overall it just seemed like the owners simply cared more about their image than most similar places. I plan to use it again but in a different bay. In the meantime I think one VERY useful tool for the owners would be a small sign in each bay with an email address or sms number for feedback. They could more easily find out when there are problems and address them faster."
