"My wife went to buy shoes, and was treated like she did not belong in the store. When she asked about a pair in a different color, the lady said "what we have is there, can't you see". Well I guess customer service is a thing of the past. Never going to spend a penny in this store."
"Great shoe store for quality shoes. Other stores will sell ill fitting shoes to people. The nice older gentleman helped me try on several different style shoes and I found out I had been wearing the wrong size for years! The price may seem high but I'm willing to pay a little extra for good quality shoes."

"As a regular patron, I went in to browse the shoe selection. My teenage daughter saw some boots she wore and asked the lady working to try them on. She REFUSED to let my daughter try on the boots, explaining that they did not sell shoes to “children” even though my daughter is in a ladies size shoe. I was baffled at the sales woman’s rude and dismissive tone. It was unfortunate my daughter had to witness that after I assured her the lady was nice and would help with finding a size for her. I am hesitant to continue supporting this local business. Very frustrated former customer!"
