"Ownership needs a new manager. No ice in ice machine and he didn’t care but crazy how an employee stepped up and she let people know and that place used to be our favorite but with the bugs going wild. Ownership needs to seriously look at things"
"I usually get a meatball sub , but wanted to go with a different sandwich that I’ve gotten before. I asked for a Turkey Bacon Ranch, with no onion , no ranch, and with honey mustard. Instead I get the menu made Turkey Bacon Ranch with onion and ranch , and no honey mustard. I’m just gonna stick to my regular meatball sub now, how can they mess that up .. it’s process is made in the toaster. Love y’all but please do better !!"
"$60 for subs with instructions in all caps and stars next to them that say **NO PICKLE** on each and every sandwich. Our order has a pickle in each and every sandwich. Also, thanks for leaving BBQ sauce on the bottom of the to go bag (not leaked through, it clearly sat on top of it). I’m enjoying my evening cleaning the cream colored interior of our car. You can do better."
