"Wilcher and Son, llc does all our routine service and major breakdowns with High Speed Lyfestyles. Back in the spring, we upgraded the braking system to 15tons and currently in the process of a transmission replacement. I’d highly recommend Brandon for any of your mechanical needs or wants."

"Met with owner ahead of time to explain what I needed done. He seemed knowledgeable and boasted about how they were old school on diagnosing and fixing European cars. First, was to replace and install a 13-pin adapter plug and change the transmission fluid, which I provided both. Secondly, to check the cooling fan that runs high and must shut off before the car will start. When i picked up my car, plug had been installed and I asked how much transmission fluid they used. I provided two gallons, though one should have been enough. I know this as I told him I just had a transmission change the week before and only used one. The second was simply backup. Owner said he did not know nor was willing to find out. Secondly, I was charged $85 for a diagnostic scan (I did not know that was necessary nor was it ever discussed, especially being "old school"). He said it showed a bunch of communication error codes, I asked for a printed report and he said he "borrowed" the scanner from someone and didn't have a report. He could not tell me one specific error code. I have found it to be industry standard to show a scanned report to the customer. Btw, the cooling fan issue was a $15 relay switch, found by a shop down the road, no scan needed. That could have been found by a Google search and fixed, instead of charging for a scan that apparently didn't help with anything."
