"Very unpleasant first time experience. Went into the store to purchase a treadmill. Figured it would be better to go in and schedule a delivery in person to make sure everything goes smoothly. Well, I walked out without buying one. The guy behind the counter (long dark hair/glasses) was so unfriendly, unprofessional and unhelpful. I didn’t bother getting his name. Total joke of an establishment for having such staff members who treat people spending thousands of dollars with such disgrace. This is another example of customer service in 2023."
"Went to look for shoes and couldn’t find someone to help. Finally found someone in the stockroom playing on their phone and she was rude as hell. Finally brought me the shoes out and she throw the box at me where I was sitting and told me the other shoe was on the display shelf. I just walked out. Took my business to other store."
"When we came inside the store, the assistant manager Mat treated us politely at first, but when it came to checking out he started being very rude and refused to do a price match even though it was the exact same hoodie from the Nike store just because the size “wasn’t in stock” even though it really was. He should have better customer service next time and helping us instead of just trying to rush to rush the customers out and making them pay more."
