"Elmer's team did a great job fixing several issues (including painting the back) on my 4Runner, and made it pretty again. The price was reasonable, they finished before the date they'd promised, and they even brought it out to my house."
"First of all Elmer was the ONLY one who would respond on a weekend and took the time to come to our house to assess the damage on my daughters 2 year old Hyundai Tucson. ( it was quite extensive after she hit a down tree in the road and then overcorrected to also damage the other side ) He gave us a quote after doing some research on the parts and after we took it to his shop stayed in constant contact with updates. Don't be fooled by the appearance of his lot in the front, this is a top notch repair shop with really fabulous local people. Although the parts took a while to come in he worked tirelessly to make sure we got this car back as soon as possible and WOW does it look perfect. Highly recommend this local Georgetown auto body shop for any repairs you might need ( fair prices, nice staff and great communication )"
"My son attends the local college. He was following his team mates too close and ran into the back of him. We called Bourbon Street Auto they immediately came to the school and quoted a price. We drove from St. Louis Mo. to speak with them and pay the amount. Bourbon street auto towed the car and also did a Excellent job. The car looks brand new. We are grateful and thankful for the work the did!! Ignore the bad reviews. Thank you so much Bourbon Street Auto Body!! "Did not put bumper back on correctly so there is a big gap. When we asked him to fix it he said he would but then when we got the car back it looked the exact same. He said it can’t be perfect but it looks terrible to be completely honest. The screws they used to put the plastic in the wheel well back on don’t match and are old and rusty. It looks like they found parts off the floor to use on my car."
"They have great customer service. I don't know if he was the owner, but Mr. Elmer was so kind enough to fix the scratch on my car. He was very nice and respectful, and he was more than willing to help."
